Returns Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES INFORMATION

You can initiate a return or exchange of your purchase within 30 days of delivery by following the instructions below:

1. Include a copy of the invoice/packing slip or a detailed note including your name, address, phone number and order number along with the item(s) you are sending back.

2. Please note on the front of the packing slip which item(s) you are returning or exchanging.

3. If you are requesting an exchange, please write legibly and include name and/or item number of the item(s) you wish us to send you. Make sure to include the sizing information if applicable. In the event we are out of stock on the item you wish to have us send to you one of our customer service reps will contact you and another item can be chosen or a refund will be processed.

4. Feel free to include any comments about your return/exchange. We would love to hear from you.

PLEASE NOTE:

• For your protection, items should be returned via an insured carrier with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• We DO NOT refund shipping costs on returned items.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

Shipping Charges: You may be responsible for shipping charges for exchanged items. By requesting an exchange you are granting us permission to ship the replacement and charge your credit card for any other shipping charges (for example if the exchange costs more to ship then the returned item) and any additional charges if the replacement item costs more. Shipping charges will be waived if we made an error in shipping.

All Returns/Exchanges: Please return/exchange in clean, resalable condition with tags intact. We cannot issue an exchange or refund on an item that cannot be resold (unless it was defective upon receipt). Clothes should be tried on in a smoke free, perfume free environment. All packaging materials should be kept while you try on the item.

Receiving Incorrect or Defective Items: If we sent you the wrong item or it was defective in any way, please let us know immediately so we may correct the problem for you at no additional cost to you.
